Stephanie wanted to be a vampire for Halloween...I have no idea where she came up with the idea but she was dead set on being one. A very cute one I might add:)

Stephanie Lost Her First Tooth!!!
Stephanie has lost her first tooth...how exciting! She wouldn't let me put her tooth under her pillow (I think she was afraid of the tooth fairy actually coming into our house and lifting her pillow up) so we put it on our dresser.

Slacker Alert
Hi everyone, sorry I've been a slacker the past couple of months but I promise I'll do a better job of posting. Here are a few cards I've made over the past couple of months....I'll add more as I find them.
I'm not sure which products I used, I didn't write them all down but I know on the two cards w/ Owls I used my kits from http://www.paperpopsicles.com/.

It's been a whole month!!!
Wow, I can't believe it's been a month since I posted anything. Well here's the scoop.....Stephanie and I went to Ohio to visit my family (we were there 11 days), it was a nice trip but it was definitely chilly. It was nice to see all the trees and flowers blooming, we really do not have that here in Florida. Then when we came back from Ohio, Robb went on his annual fishing trip to Canada and was gone 12 days. Well it never fails that when he goes on his trip something always happens.....this year I was bitten by a spider on my ankle and my foot swelled up. Thankfully my Aunt Sue had come back down with us for a visit and she took care of the dogs for me while I had my leg up in the evening. So Robb's back now, my ankle isn't swollen anymore, and things are getting back to normal.....at least until next year.

Happy Mother's Day to me!!!!
Happy Mother's Day
I just wanted to wish my Mom, Aunt Sue, Angel and everyone else a Happy Mother's Day. You'll never know how much you're appreciated.
NYC!!!
Tracy, Carey, Angela, and I went to New York City the beginning of May and had a GREAT time!!! Everything about the trip was perfect, we couldn’t complain about anything except our last meal at the ATL airport. We decided to take a tour bus http://www.coachusa.com/newyorksightseeing/ around town so we could see everything and then go back to the individual places we wanted to see. What a great idea that was and I would recommend it to everyone.
Here are some highlights from our trip:
- We met the “Cookie Monster” on the way up to NYC (inside joke).
- We went to see Hairspray and it was awesome. We couldn’t take any pictures and Angela got in trouble and told she could be fined $10K, yikes.
- We ate at Serendipity and Chinatown, a couple of pizza places, and the Chinese Ice Cream Factory.
- We took the subway everywhere with only one mistake (we’re experts now).
- I paid $15 for M&M’s from their store, what was I thinking…..
- We bought purses from Chinatown and Little Italy. In Chinatown we followed this lady for about 4 or 5 blocks and then entered into a store front that had t-shirts hanging up on the walls and then down a little hallway to another room where there were purses galore!!! Don’t worry mom I was very careful.
- We went to the Today Show to see Neil Diamond (not my first choice) and MADE IT ON TV!!!! Here’s the link: http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/3041478/ It's his "I'm a Believer" song.
- We went to Ground Zero, Battery Park, Statue of Liberty (seen it from Battery Park), McDonald’s (we had to find some sweet tea), Toys R Us – they had a ferris wheel inside the store, the Naked Cowboy, Spiderman, Elmo, and from the tour bus we had seen a lot too.
Stay tuned for pictures.

Disney Trip
We went to Disney a couple of weeks ago. Stephanie was able to get her picture taken with Ariel, Cinderella, Belle (twice), and Aurora (Sleeping Beauty).
We also went to story time with Belle where the character tells the short version of Beauty and the Beast to the audience and then asks children up on stage to help with the story. Well they ask an adult to play the beast and guess what……she picked Robb!!!!! He did such a good job and totally got into the part.

Of course I had to get a picture of Steph and mom too.

Scrapbook Retreat
A couple of weeks ago I went down to Daytona for a "scrapbook retreat" and had a blast making cards. Terry and I stayed up from Thursday until Saturday @ 3am making cards. Here's some of what I made:
I "cased" the turtle card from http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/photo/872331?si=turtle%20birthday, I just fell in love with the turtle.

Everyday Cards
I made these cards for a guest design team spot at http://www.paperpopsicles.com/ for June. I had seen the stamps at another site and fell in love with them. They are really cute.
It's finally here....
Our first family blog. You'll hear about Robb's fishing trips, Lesley's crafty projects, and Stephanie's antics. We hope you enjoy.
