Splitcoast Stampers Sketch Challenge 246

I hope everyone is having a good weekend! Last night we went to see Cloudy with a chance of Meatballs in 3D, it was pretty good. My daughter wanted to know why there were so many parents there without their kids, LOL!

Anyway, here is a card I made from a sketch at Splitcoast Stampers. I finally got the chance to use my new Nestabilities and I love them!

Supplies: Paper: Basic Grey and SU; Stamp: TAC; Other: Copics, Buttons, Robins Nest, Nestabilities, Cuttlebug Folder, Inking, and SU Ribbon.

I think we're going to Ollie Koala's and the Jacksonville Zoo, it's another beautiful day!

Stamping Bella Lulu Blog Hop!

Welcome to the Lulu Blog Hop sponsored by Stamping Bella! If you've just happened upon my blog, you can CLICK HERE to start from the beginning at Blogabella or you can also use the list located here.

The Lulu images are just so cute! I hope you can see the transparent "card" I've used. I decorated both the front and back of the card.

Supplies: Paper: Pink Paislee and Basic Grey; Stamp: Stamping Bella - Gertie Lulu; Copics: E000, E00, YG13, RV13, RV29, R20, BG13, and 100; Ribbon: SU; Other: Stickles, Rhinestones, Nestabilities, and Cuttlebug Folder. The card base was part of a package with a ring but I don't remember who made them.

How about a prize? In addition to the fabulous eye candy, we have decided to hide a prize somewhere along the hop! One pre-selected blogger will draw a random winner from the comments on her post, and the winner will receive a $25 Gift Voucher to Stamping Bella!!! The fun part is...we're not telling you who it is! So as you hop, make sure you leave comments on every post so you have a chance to win!!! We will announce the winner on Monday in the Splitcoast forum. MWAH!!!

Thanks so much for stopping by! Now it's time to hop on over to Michele's Blog. Her work is so gorgeous!!!

Have a great weekend!

Splitcoast Stamper Challenges

I hope everyone is having a great weekend! Here are some cards I made a couple weeks ago and just hadn't been able to upload. I hope to make more this weekend.

The first one is a sketch challenge. I just love The Greeting Farm stamps, this one is one of the Anya stamps. Isn't she cute!

The second one is a "clean and simple" challenge. It only took me like 15 minutes to make, unlike the first one which probably took about an hour or so.

Enjoy and TFL!

Stephanie's First Day of Kindergarten

I can't believe it's finally here, Steph's first day of school! She is really enjoying making new friends. I asked her what she likes about kindergarten and she said learning so she can get smart.

She was upset the first week because she couldn't take a nap, ugh! For those of you who know her and know what a struggle it was for her to take naps at daycare, I could have screamed.

Anyway I'll report back in a few weeks and let you know how it is going.
