Happy Saturday! I hope your start to the weekend has been wonderful. Today's challenge over at Catch the Bug is to make a monochromatic card with 3 buttons. Jodie will be offering her usual prize package so don't forget to use a Bugaboo image to be able to win top prize.
Over at Catch the Bug we have a bunch of oldie but goodies for you to look at and I must say they are FABULOUS! I just love these snowmen images, they are so easy to color. You can find them here.
Please make sure you leave some love for my fellow DT members.
Also, don't forget about our current challenge at Catch the Bug. Here are the details: Make an Baby/Child Project and post a link to it on Bugaboo Stamps' challenge blog, Catch the Bug, by3/16/11 at 6:00 AM EST to be entered a random drawing for three digi prize packs - seven (7) (using a Bugaboo image only), four (4), or two (2) using any image!
It's ABC Monday over at Catch the Bug! I hope you like the ATC I made, I actually made it for a swap I was in with my DT Members. I thought they turned out really cute. You can find this cute little image here.
The challenge at Catch the Bug today is "scallops". This is one of my favorite nestie sets so I thought it was appropriate. You can find these adorable images here.
Link your project to the Bugaboo Stamps' challenge blog, Catch the Bug, by 3/19/11 at 6:00 AM EST to be entered a random drawing for three digi prize packs - seven (7) (using a Bugaboo image only), four (4), or two (2) using any image!
Morning! Over at Catch the Bug on Wednesday's each DT member takes turns creating a tutorial and today is my turn.
This is a very quick and easy project that you could put on your desk or even give as a present. I think the total time it took was maybe an hour. Of course you could do this for any holiday or just because. I was thinking about making some for Steph's teachers at the end of the year and putting a gift card inside.
The supplies you will need are:
~a Bugaboo image
~your favorite paper and embellishments
~First: Your're going to cut the piece of cardstock 7 1/2 x 7 1/2 and score it at 2 1/2 on all four sides.
~Second: You will need to cut along the scores and put some adhesive on the backside of your cardstock.
~Third: You will start putting it together. The sides with the adhesive will fold in and go inside the box.
It will look like this when you are done:
Then all you have to do is decorate it with your favorite Bugaboo stamp, paper, and embellishments. You can use cardstock for your handle or even ribbon.
